Do I still need to buy a Marketplace license for my own instance?
Yes, you will need to buy a standard license from the Atlassian Marketplace for your end. The remote license only covers the remote Jira instances to be synced.
How does the pricing work for remote licensing?
Remote licenses are managed in-house by K15t and the pricing depends on the number of Jira instances you want to connect with instead of the number of users on your Jira instance.
It is a 12-month rolling subscription and you can use Backbone and get support and updates as long as your subscription is active.
